This Kmise five-string banjo is a full size instrument measuring 38 in, built for adults and beginners who want a complete setup rather than a bare shell. It pairs a five-string neck with a resonator-backed body, giving the player the option of an open or closed back configuration depending on how much projection and low-end response is wanted.
The package includes a bridge, a set of strings, finger picks, a strap, a case, and a tuner, so the instrument can be assembled, tuned, and carried without sourcing separate accessories. The included finger picks suit the three-finger rolls common in bluegrass, while the strap and case make the banjo practical to transport to lessons or sessions.
As a first banjo, the full size scale and five-string layout follow familiar conventions, which helps new players build rolls and chord shapes without adapting to a reduced instrument. The resonator can be left in place for a brighter, louder tone or removed for a more open sound, making this a flexible starting point for adult learners.
